Not perfectly.
Not obsessively.
Just intentionally.
I think a lot of us as parents slowly drift into survival mode without even realizing it.

As parents of 4 boys, Brodie and I definitely felt this over the winter. We became so consumed with kids sports and activities that we stopped prioritizing our own health the way we normally would.
And when that happens, everything starts to feel harder.

Now that we have gotten back from our Disney trip we have decided to make a commitment to ourselves and our health before summer. That’s why starting June 1st, we’re launching a brand new workout challenge called:
28 TO LEAN: SUMMER IGNITION
I don’t usually use this platform to talk about our workout programs, but helping parents survive and thrive is what this community is all about. And honestly, this challenge directly supports that.
This is actually how I first started sharing online years ago when I first became a father.
Simple home workouts.
Realistic habits.
Sustainable routines that actually fit into real life as a parent.
Because most parents don’t have +60 minutes a day to spend in the gym (nor do we need that to get results).

The workouts are only 20 to 35 minutes long and can be completed anytime on your own schedule directly inside the app.
All you need is a set of dumbbells.
An adjustable workout bench is optional (this is the one I use).
